This unique workshop is an opportunity to move your body and quiet your mind. It combines, meditation, yoga, the Moon Cycle and journaling to help you:

*Learn more about the energy of the Moon's phases
* Set New Moon intentions for the month ahead

This workshop was recorded live over Zoom in April of 2022. Aside from the references to the energy of that
particular Moon Cycle, all content provided can be
applied to any Moon Cycle.



This practice is an excellent resource to use during the New & Full Moons. However, it can also be used anytime you are
feeling scattered, blocked, or needing a fresh start to
reconnect with yourSelf.

Meet Your Coaches


Siri Hoffman and Beth Suter have multiple years of online teaching experience. They have taught their respective topics to women from countries around the world.

Yoga Instructor- Siri Hoffman


Siri has 14 years of experience practicing massage therapy and teaching yoga with a degree in Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies. 

Moon Magic Coach - Beth Suter


Beth is a self-taught, professional artist & Moon Cycle coach. She has a BA in Elementary Education. She created an annual Moon Calendar. Beth also developed a five-step planning process which teaches you how to plan with purpose alongside the Moon’s phases. 

Here's What You Can Expect!

Moon Cycle Overview

(45 min)

At the beginning of the workshop, Beth will walk you through the basics of the Moon Cycle, describe the energy levels of each Moon Phase, reveal the best times for planning, resting, and taking action, and

give you other extremely helpful tips on

how to use the Moon Cycle to guide your planning.



Guided Yoga Session

(45 min)

Next, Siri, will begin her yoga session with a short meditation. She then walks you

through each yoga pose with intentional phrases and insightful questions to

consider during the exercise.

Journaling & Meditation

(30 min)

Last, Beth will provide several reflective journal prompts to help you process what came up for you during the yoga session.

She also walks you through an exercise that helps you release any mindset blocks and prepare for the next Moon Cycle ahead.
